• The plant where we manufacture medicines follows strict quality management system ISO 9001:2008 and bears certification from Good Manufacturing Practices GMP certified, which is issued by Food and Drugs Control Administration FDCA, Gujarat State Government India.

• Our natural herbal Ayurvedic products are made up of natural herbs which are totally vegetarian and they do not contain any preservative or harmful chemical substances. Thus, these are also free from any side effects!

• We have prepared high standard capsules which are 100% vegetarian.          

Standardization in Quality Control :

CENTRIFUGE: It is used on the basis of sedimentation principle. The centripetal force causes the dense substances to separate out from the liquid part along the radial direction.

PH METER: It is used to measure the pH ( acidic or basic nature) of a liquid.

MICROSCOPY: It is a technique through which we observe and investigate the small objects.

METLIGN POINT APPARATUS: This scientific apparatus is used to measure the melting point of the substance. It has a control panel which helps to control temperature as well to note down the initial and final temperature reading. The temperature gradient is programmed in degree Celsius per minute.

UV CABINET: This instrument is used in an un darkened room for scrutinizing thin-layer chromatograms and objects.

DISINTEGRATION TEST APPARATUS: IT is used for determining if the capsule or tablets disintegrate within a given time when these are placed in a liquid medium under the controlled experimental conditions.

REFRACTOMETER: IT is a device which is used in the field and it is used to measure the index of refraction.

POLARIMETER: This instrument is used to measure the angle of optical rotation of plane when a polarized light is passed through a sample of material.

WATER BATH: This water bath is used to carry out a chemical reaction at an increased temperature. The temperature of the fluid is measured by placing a thermometer in the fluid.

OVEN: It is used  to measure the moisture content in solid or semi-solid materials which is called as loss on drying LOD).

We are glad to produce best Ayurvedic herbal products. To maintain quality, we follow the principles of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in the manufacturing plant and the Company feels proud itself as we are environment friendly. To control environment pollution, a modern effluent treatment plant has been installed (Class: 'A' Clean Room) many days before the production starts. Our team of workers laid high stress on quality, and our products have to pass through various quality circles. Special project teams are generated to work on total quality management projects which make your life smooth and healthy.

In the manufacturing plant we use automatic, Mixer Machine, Capsule Loading Machine Capsule Filling Machine, Blister Packing Machine, Liquid (Filling-Sealing-Checking) Machine. In one year our manufacturing plant can produce 12 million capsule and 3 million bottles of liquids.
